at the end of September, 2010. Pumpkin prices: will be set close to harvest Celebrate fall with this yummy pumpkin recipe. DOUBLE LAYER PUMPKIN PIE
4 oz. cream cheese, softened 1-15 oz. can pumpkin 1 c. plus 1 tbsp. milk, divided 2 pkg. (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1-8 oz. container whipped topping 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 graham cracker pie crust 1/4 tsp. cloves Mix cream cheese, 1 tbsp. milk and sugar in a large bowl until well blended. Gently stir in half of whipped topping. Spread into crust. Pour 1 c. milk into large bowl. Add pumpkin, pudding mixes and spices. Beat until well blended. (Mixture will be thick.) Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping. Last updated 11/02/09 |
