Celebrate fall with this yummy pumpkin recipe.

PUMPKIN CAKE
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 egg
1 (16oz.) can pumpkin
2-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Reserve 1 cup cake mix.  In a 9x13 inch greased cake pan, mix remaining cake mix, melted butter and egg.  Press into a crust.

Mix together pumpkin, pie spice, brown sugar, eggs and milk.  Pour over crust.  Mix together reserved cake mix, sugar, cinnamon and butter.  Sprinkle over top of pumpkin mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50  minutes.  Top with Cool Whip.
